Across The Pond She Went
The Australian built Seasalter is well known to the Association. However, there is also a more mysterious Sea Salter, built in Britain. She is in my UK Lloyd's Registers up until 1956 at which point it is noted that she was 'Sold to USA'. She is then in my 1957 and 1968 Lloyd's Register of American yachts as Sea Salter.
She is thought to still be in the USA. The Association has a report that in the 1980s she was cruising in the Caribbean.
