Norvad : Awaiting Restoration
I came across Norvad in an out-of-the-way corner of Ipswich Haven Marina when I berthed Tramontana there between December 2012 and July 2014. During that time Norvad simply sat there although she was under cover and so protected from the worst of the weather. She's the boat that, in 1951, inspired Arthur Ransome, of Swallows and Amazons fame, to buy the Hillyard Lottie Blossom.
