Lady Bear : Destination UK in 2017
Lady Bear has been the floating home for the Fulton family since they bought her in Turkey in 2010. Based for many years in Italy, they are now on their way back to the UK via the French canal systems. Their many adventures are written up in The Lady Bear Blog. It was on Amanda Fulton's initiative that the Hillyard boats FaceBook page was set up.
Originally called Jawilma, renamed Lady Bear 1960, the 1970 Lloyd's Register records “Lady Bear : Total loss following explosion”. However, she is again listed in the 1980 Register.
