| | La Lucha : North Sea Crossing
La Lucha is one of the many boats built in the 1950s and 1960s to Alan Buchanan's East Anglian Mk II design. Created with the shallow waters of UK's east coast in mind, they proved to be capable boats in adverse conditions. I cannot find La Lucha in the Lloyd's Registers but know about her from a sale in around 2009 and a subsequent and somewhat epic voyage across the North Sea, described in a well written article by Guro Huby, still online.
