Stunning Oil Painting Revealed
This marvelous digital image of a 1955 oil painting was sent to me by Paul Rawlinson. It depicts Dorado of Keyhaven in Christchurch Bay. The original is with Joanna Lowis. Her father owned the boat in the 1950s & 60s and she has fond memories of sailing with dad on it.
Dorado of Keyhaven is now in Herefordshire undergoing restoration. She was simply called Dorado up until 1958.
