Altrica : Star Of The London Boat Show, 2016
Altrica has undergone a three year restoration in Cornwall that culminated in her being exhibited at the 2016 London Boat Show. She's a stunning tribute to the skills of the workforce at Falmouth's Maylor Yacht Harbour. The quality of the restoration was made clear in an article in the February 2016 edition of Classic Boat magazine. Following her boat show appearance, Altrica was again in the news when she was damaged in an arson attack on a barn adjacent to where she was being stored. In consequence she had to, unfortunately, again undergo restorative work.
More recently, Altrica took part in the 2019 Falmouth Classics. She's now For Sale in immaculate condition with a price tag to reflect this; £195,000.
One of the thirty or so other IC/R boats, Inismara, is currently (December 2019) for sale with the Sandman Yacht Brokerage.
